ForCut Studio is a professional post-production space in Paris, offering premium room rentals for video editing, color grading, cinema finishing, festival preparation, confidential viewing, private screening, and demo reel creation.

1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) govern the relationship between ForCut Studio (hereinafter "the Provider") and any user (hereinafter "the Client") wishing to book a room via forcut.studio or any other booking channel.

2. Services

ForCut Studio offers: - Rental of professional post-production rooms - 24/7 autonomous access - Finishing room, color grading & pro viewing - Creative editing room, editing & client viewing - Technical station, rushes, writing, exports, workflow, DCP - Screening Room for private press/team/partner viewing - Optional services: technical assistance, creative support - Professional demo reel editing service These services are intended for: - Directors / Producers - Cinematographers / Colorists / Editors - Independent studios / Advertisers / Streamers / Pro YouTubers - Film & TV production companies / agencies / premium creators

3. Equipment & Software Provided

Workstations - Mac Studio M2 Ultra (24-core CPU, 76-core GPU, 192GB RAM, 4TB SSD) - Mac Studio M4 Ultra (64GB RAM, 1TB SSD) Monitors & Grading - BenQ SW271 Reference Monitors - Panasonic 65” professional 4K OLED panel - Blackmagic DaVinci Resolve Mini Panel Included Professional Software - Color Grading / Finishing: DaVinci Resolve Studio - Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro (on request), Avid Media Composer - VFX / Motion / GFX: Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Fusion - Audio / Mix: Adobe Audition, Fairlight, Pro Tools (on request) - Creation & Design: Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro - Export / Encoding / DCP: Adobe Media Encoder, Resolve Deliver Page ForCut Studio is approved for the French CNC Film Tax Rebate (CIC and C2I TRIP).

4. Pricing

Prices are indicated VAT included on the website and vary depending on the room, equipment, and duration. The Provider may adjust prices without retroactive effect on paid bookings.

5. Booking & Payment

Booking is made online via secure payment and becomes firm upon receipt of full payment. Accepted payment methods: Online credit card, Bank transfer (on request), Cash (within legal limits).

6. Access & Security

Access is provided via an individual secure code. The Client is responsible for the use of their access, respecting schedules, and protecting the equipment. Any use outside booked hours may be billed.

7. Cancellation / Modification

Timeframe Conditions +7 days 100% credit (12 months) or 50% refund 7 days → 48h 50% credit (12 months) Less than 48h No refund / credit Modification possible up to 48h before (limit 3 times).

8. Use of Rooms & Liability

The Client uses the studio autonomously after setup by a team member. The Client is responsible for the provided equipment for the entire duration of their booking. Usage Rules: - Strictly forbidden to eat or drink in the studios. - No animals allowed. - Obligation to keep the premises clean and return the workstation to its initial state. - Mandatory deletion of personal files before departure. - Respect for the equipment and prohibition of any damage. - Prohibition of installing pirated software or performing illegal downloads. - You may install personal plugins/licenses at your own risk. In case of non-compliance, fees may be charged.

9. Confidentiality, Security & Data

The studios are under video surveillance (can be deactivated during use after setup, upon request). Any damage or disappearance of equipment may be invoiced. No cameras are present in the workspaces themselves. Surveillance is active only in common areas, and footage is kept for a maximum of 30 days. The Provider does not keep any copies of the client's files. The Client must ensure their own backups.

10. Personal Data & GDPR

Data is used for booking management. Right of access/rectification/deletion via bonjour@forcut.studio.

11. Intellectual Property

All site content belongs to the Provider. Any reproduction is prohibited.

12. Acceptance of T&Cs

Any booking implies full acceptance of these T&Cs.
